Responsibilities
In this role, you will work under the leadership of Director, Environmental Operations and Site Services. You’ll provide support to the department, specifically Transportation and Fleet, in areas of budget monitoring, information transfer and general staff duties and will be responsible for coordinating, facilitating and expediting purchase requisitions and other procurement functions. Monitors invoicing and keeps KPIs on fuel provided to the Kingsport site. Serves as timekeeper for the Transportation and Fleet staff.
Work with department to determine the best method for obtaining equipment or services
Create, process and change purchase requisitions/purchase orders and other necessary paperwork on blanket orders, service orders, lease rental agreements and all Fleet purchase requisitions
Serve as the IT Security interface between contractors and Eastman on-site for rail services provider
Serve as backup for the Fleet Coordinator
Provide support and troubleshooting for the Contracting Governance Lead team
Process Plant fuel invoices from primary fuel supplier and updating KPIs on fuel
Serve as timekeeper for Building 300 Transportation and Fleet staff personnel
Process and validate invoices in Serrala FS2 and assure proper cost allocations are made
Assist with the process to manage CDLs and medical cars for the Kingsport site
Perform required annual Motor Vehicle Reports on all CDL holders
Responsible for proper procurement of necessary supplies using p-Card
Initiate system access (IT and SAP) for contract rail services provider
Initiate new vendor onboarding process for suppliers supporting Transportation, Fleet and Auto Garage
Develop and maintain websites, portals and Sharepoint sites owned by Transportation and Fleet
Use PowerBI to develop reports
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Expert knowledge of SAP highly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office highly preferred
Ability to interact with people in a variety of settings
Capable of prioritizing work effectively and able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and capable of performing with minimal supervision
Able to read with comprehension and interpret job/division policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must understand and follow all applicable, safety requirements and expectations
