WHAT YOU’LL DO
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business.
Responsible for forecasting Sales Revenue and Volumes for ARDx Infectious Disease Developed Markets U.S. Commercial.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for weekly distributor inventory reporting and reconciliation
Prepare Bi-Weekly demand forecast and present to leadership
Communicate demand forecast plans and related assumption through the supply chain and beyond
Prepare quarterly LBE, Plan, Confirmation and several ad hoc sales forecasts. Ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
Interface with management across respective functions (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Corporate Accounts, finance, Supply Chain)
Work closely with the commercial and finance leadership to provide analytics support
Perform ad-hoc analysis as requested by leadership
Set and monitor key performance indicators and diagnostics to ensure continuous forecast improvement efforts and achievement of agreed goals.
Responsible for forecast accuracy reporting to Business Unit with Root Cause Analysis towards a future improvement
Complete Business Unit finance templates with valid commentaries and explanations of significant variances as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
Masters or Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced ability in English.
