Join the Supply Chain Replenishment team where you will be responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and support of new and existing replenishment applications.
Responsibilities:
Manage application development for Supply Chain replenishment applications.
Manage a team of associates to develop and deliver software utilizing multiple development and database tools and technologies and ensuring compliance with architectural standards, established department methodologies and practices.
Direct the efforts of the team to improve, maintain, and support infrastructure solutions and security initiatives.
Drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation activities, including communication, training, installation, and risk management to prevent deployment failures and/or business disruptions.
Plan development projects for the team, including resource allocation and milestones to meet business area needs and IT requirements.
Foster and maintain good working relationships with business area representatives to remain in sync on direction and future development requests.
Manage relationships with software vendors.
Provide oversight of the application support processes to ensure timely defect resolution and appropriate escalation of system issues.
Provide communication and escalation to IT and business area management on critical incidents and problems.
Monitor production environments to ensure systems are running efficiently and accurately.
Hire, manage, motivate, coach, and retain highly technical associates with diverse skill sets, including entry-level to senior-level technical and analytical talent. This includes career counseling, pay reviews, promotions, terminations, and work prioritization for assigned associates.
Facilitate the creation of a team environment.
Participate in establishing departmental processes, KPIs, and measurement reporting.

Potential Annual Pay with Bonus:

Year End Bonus:
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month’s extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related analytical field or equivalent experience
8+ years of IT experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale integrated solutions.
5+ years of leadership experience in which the following occurred:
Experience leading teams to develop, implement, and maintain large-scale applications in various computing architecture environments, using new and emerging technologies.
Demonstrated leadership experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors; ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives.
Experience building and leading high-performing and technically competent teams, capable of performing all aspects of the technology function with limited outside assistance.
Developed efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.
Basic knowledge of financial management and budgeting
Preferred Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience, including development, maintenance, or support of large-scale integrated solutions.
Experience supporting large-scale applications within a 24/7 environment.
Experience with developing and supporting high volume Supply Chain replenishment processes utilizing Azure Databricks
Experience with modern Windows systems architecture, including Azure Databricks, API-driven integrations, containerization, microservices, and Angular UI
