Description:
The Marketing Technology Coordinator provides the support and services for all of marketing to meet the growing demand of our customers. Your skills include daily support for marketing’s hardware, applications, and devices. You will lead the management of marketing’s requests by submitting, tracking, and providing updates as needed to our marketing associates. You will be key to new associate success as you facilitate on-boarding for hardware and application fundamentals. As Marketing Technology Coordinator, you’ll gain an advanced understanding of marketing, the creative process, and how Marketing Operations supports each area.
Responsibilities include:
Manage all requests using the Request portal while working with Request Coordinators to provide access, hardware, and software to all marketing associates (from submission, to tracking, to completion)
Manage all of marketing’s hardware assets (monitors, computers, printers, computer accessories) including tracking, reassigning, lifecycle replacements, and build outs
Manage Apple technical support from daily troubleshooting to facilitating repairs with our IS teams
Manage on-boarding for all new associates including office buildouts, day one training & set-up, and access
Support the training for all marketing-based applications and marketing developed applications

Year End Bonus:
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in November. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

Required Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
1 year administering applications (Office 365, Adobe CC, macOS, and Windows OS)
knowledge in SaaS based applications, a variety of hardware platforms, and a variety of operations systems
organizational skills
communication skills
documentation and data-entry skills
knowledge of marketing disciplines and principles
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
2 years administering applications and
2 years of experience working with Marketing business applications
