Business Support Specialist, ADP - Level 4

This exciting position is with our historic Skunk Works program. Skunk Works is an integral part of Lockheed's Aeronautics business area responsible for advanced systems development including conceptual design and rapid prototyping of clean sheet solutions and improvements and derivatives to existing systems. The ideal skunk is an agile, multi-faceted teammate who loves to solve our customer's most difficult challenges. Some of our unclassified projects include the U-2, SR-71 Blackbird, F-22 Raptor, F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-35 Lightening II.

What You Will Be Doing:

The Business Support Specialist will:

• Act as the focal point for program administrative functions

• Provide general support to leadership

• Coordinate meetings and engagements with customer leadership

• Coordination of program chart decks and other packages

• Domestic and international travel support

• Coordinate, prepare and process travel requisitions and expense reports

• Track the Awards budget

• Support onboarding activities

• Facilitate the program accountability processes

• Manage program administrative processes and procedures

• Support communications activities within the facility and across the program enterprise

• Lead coordination of our employee engagement events

• Communicate with various levels of LM personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customer entities

We are looking for someone who has attention to detail, organization, and following through on tasks/actions.

Selected candidate must have had a Top Secret clearance in the last 6 years and be able to obtain special program access. Must be able to travel.

Basic Qualifications:

• Data analysis

• Program management support

• Business operations support

• Active Top Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience working in an administrative role

• Strong attention to detail

• Experience with Microsoft suite of tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc…)

• Ability to multi-task and work across multiple project, customers and sites

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

• Event planning and coordination

• Willingness to take on additional actives outside of normal job scope

• Resourceful professional with an array of transferable skills in program-level support, client coordination, and workflow organization

• Ability to work creatively and efficiently under pressure to maintain successful delivery of high-quality content amid dynamic and unexpected circumstances

• Experienced in communication with senior stakeholders / customers / VIP visitors

• Demonstration of exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills

• Support Dynamic 24/7x365 operational environment

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
