We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a robust pipeline, and closing corporate group room blocks and meetings. Your main goals will be to drive success sales and achieve sales targets. You will be working closely with the Vice President of Sales to drive strong conversion in your assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Manage sales activities and maintain an active pipeline
Drive successful sales and achieve sales targets
Maintain and build strong relationships with clients
Perform other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
Skills:
As a Sales Manager, you will be utilizing your strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to develop and close sales. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will be utilized to maintain and build strong relationships with clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Other Services industry
Experience in sales plan development and execution
Experience in successful sales volume growth
Marriott luxury brand experience preferred
Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems including CI/TY
