Description: The Electronics Technician Maintenance I applies basic technical knowledge to perform simple or routine tasks following detailed instructions, performs such tasks as replacing components, wiring circuits, repairing simple electronic equipment; and taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators, semiconductor testers, curve tracers, and oscilloscopes. This person works under close supervision receiving technical guidance from a supervisor or higher-level technician. Work is checked frequently for accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

Equivalent experience/education combinations are permitted based on the typical minimums required for this job which are:

3 years of related experience in repairing, replacing, and rebuilding electrical system wiring, connectors, and components using hand tools, and power tools. and applicable test equipment.

Experience in utilizing electrical test equipment such as digital multi-meters and oscilloscopes.

Must be proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals.

Desired Skills:

Soldering experience.

Prior harness fabrication experience.

Proficient in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.

Experience operating and maintaining wire marking systems.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
