Lockheed Martin Logistics Engineering Asc Mgr - Material Control - SECRET in Lexington, Kentucky

Description: Lockheed Martin is looking for a Logistics Engineering Associate Manager at our Lexington, KY location. This role will work full-time onsite at our Bluegrass Station facility managing the material control and readiness sections.

This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and coordination to ensure mission accomplishment, by way of accurate property accountability, inventory controls, equipment distribution, reporting and compliance IAW established regulations, policies, procedures, and best practices. Responsible for maintaining property accountability for a stock record account by planning, directing, coordinating, and reviewing the efforts of direct report personnel in the areas of inventory management, maintenance, and quality assurance and controls. Coordinates and provides managerial oversight of the functions of the material control and repair/return sections to ensure applicable policies and procedures and performance standards are adhered to. Periodically reviews standard operating procedures and implements corrective actions or process improvements as necessary. Instructs personnel on supply and functional procedures. Communicates with internal and external SSA customers to develop and foster relationships with supported customers and activities. Provides technical guidance to supported SSA personnel. Establishes, schedules, and reconciles the conduct of physical inventories (10% cyclic, quarterly sensitive, and monthly weapons inventories and locations surveys). Implements the SSA policies, procedures, and priorities. Prepares, reviews, and submits required reports for accountable officer’s approval. Manages material control and readiness section personnel to include employee timecard approval, employee expense report approval, employee evaluations, and employee disciplinary actions as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess a can-do attitude and must be capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously while operating in a highly demanding and highly dynamic role while fostering a team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

* Minimum 6 years experience working with ATLAS/ECHO Warehouse Management System

* Minimum 6 years experience working with a Stock Record Officer (SRO) and Stock Record Account (SRA)

* Experience with PBUSE and AESIP

* Must be detail oriented

Desired Skills:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external customers to solve complex problems. Ability to work independently with customer to meet short suspense deadlines for critical requirements.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
