JOB SUMMARY : Process documents through the preparation of forms supporting approved transactions, initiation of funding, preparation of leasing / loan agreements and document systems input.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Review credit approvals and process contract documentation.

  1. Prepare disbursement to Dealers and manage funds request.

  2. Enter inputs to accounting system and generate customer welcome documents.

  3. Responsible for the creation of customers in the contract activation system and for the correct follow-up of documentation delivery to customers in the region.

  4. Activities can apply in the territory of Perú.

  5. Participate in continuous improvement projects, reporting, Project management and serve as structural support for the area in general.

  6. Participate in projects and initiatives as continuous improvement to meet the objectives of the department.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  1. Demonstrated ability to apply effective oral, written, and listening communication skills with dealers, customers, company personnel, and the financial communities.

  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively manage numerous tasks.

  3. Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to apply math computation skills.

  4. Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to apply data collection and analysis skills.

  5. Demonstrated ability to prepare and maintain spreadsheets.

  6. Ability to use a typewriter and/or keyboard for 75% of the workday.

  7. Demonstrated ability to perform general office tasks.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Preferably requires a Bachelor Degree (Business Administration) and a max of 4 years experience in contract, credit or customer services administration is recommended. English Intermediate.
