What does a great Account Manager – Card Services do at Fiserv?

As an Account Manager – Card Services at Fiserv, you will take on a crucial role by being the main point of contact and lead for one of our top Financial Services clients. Your responsibility includes managing the operational aspects of this strategic account, providing guidance on daily operations and long-term initiatives to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Act as a strong advocate for the client, supporting them in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.

  • Ensure the successful and timely delivery of our solutions based on customer needs and goals.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients while enhancing existing relationships.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of the client's architecture and processing environment using appropriate systems.

  • Facilitate client communication related to releases, regulatory changes, product upgrades, and system enhancements.

  • Develop and nurture long-lasting customer relationships while driving projects to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service consistently.

  • Conduct customer business reviews and operational performance evaluations.

What You Will Need To Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 5+ years in the payment processing or financial services industry, with experience in Account Management or Client Relationship Management.

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to make independent decisions, manage complex issues, and problem-solve.

  • Willingness to collaborate and work under pressure with a positive attitude.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite and the flexibility to work beyond standard business hours.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously.

  • Travel up to 20% domestically may be required.

What Would Be Great To Have:

  • Experience in credit/debit, issuing, lending, ATM, or financial institution operations.

  • Familiarity with Fiserv Debit and Credit Processing Platforms, STAR, ATMs, and related products.
