Summary of Key Duties for this position:

The ideal candidate for the Tranche/SDA ATLO Space Vehicle Integration & Test Cost Account Manager (CAM) will have strong analytical thinking and a strong business acumen, be highly collaborative, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate proactive thinking, operate autonomously as appropriate, and produce superior work products under short deadlines. This assignment requires a pro-active attitude and the ability to produce in a high-profile/fast-paced work environment. CAM duties required. You will be responsible to manage the cost and schedule execution of non-recurring and recurring efforts for the Tranche/SDA ATLO control account which includes scope for labor, material, and subcontracts required to execute space vehicle integration and test. Support new business proposals as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related Finance, Accounting, Engineering management, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.

• Earned Value Management (EVMS) familiarity through being a Cost/Control Account Manager or from another position

• Ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics

• Previous experience in cost and/or budget management, performing and leading CAM duties

• Demonstrated experience performing the following tasks:

o Risk and Opportunity identification

o Staffing and headcount assessments

o Cost and Schedule performance reviews

o Impact assessments / input for all scope changes

(proposals, program internal, contract changes)

Desired Skills:

•LM Space Certified CAM

•LM Space genBOE trained and experienced

•Past proposal experience

• Demonstrated experience using standard office software tools/solutions e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

•Demonstrated strong decision making, judgment, and analytical skills

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and teamwork with internal customers.

• Variance reports (VARs)

• Review and approve WADs

Ability to obtain a TS clearance
