A little about us… Our most advanced radar systems are designed by our Integrated Warfare System and Solutions (IWSS) team and we are looking for highly talent individuals, like yourself, with a passion for RADAR and Electronic Warfare Technology. We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors.

This position is for an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) for Multi-Mission Air Defense (MMAD) Market Segment. Coordinates efforts across multiple projects and sources of funding to develop next-generation radar products in support of long-term business strategies. Seeks opportunities to augment LM IRAD with CRAD, and shapes those efforts such that they develop the technology/designs needed to win new production franchises. Supports winning new opportunities through customer engagement and developing responses to RFIs and RFPs. Architects solutions such that they can be leveraged across multiple opportunities that span LOB boundaries. Initial position is on the Advanced Radar Threat Simulator Variant 3 (ARTS-V3) program supporting the program Engineering Project Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

Experience leading teams

Experience in engineering project management and IPT Leadership

Experience presenting to customers and senior management

Experience with capture activities (RFIs, RFPs, white-papers)

Ability to obtain DOD Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

Experience modeling/simulating radar system performance

Experience sizing radar systems and decomposing key requirements

Experience designing and testing radar systems or significant subsystems

Experience with Model Based System Design and Agile program execution

Experience in the design of digitally beamformed phased array radars

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $128,900 - $247,000 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $148,200 - $279,300. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
