The selected candidate will assume the logistics program integration responsibilities as the Global Sustainment (GS) Logistics Project Manager (LPM) within Radar and Sensor Systems (RSS) market segment. The LPM will work closely with the Program Manager, finance, planning, subcontracts, and engineering personnel, along with the Global Sustainment (GS) Centers of Excellence, as part of a cross-functional program team, to ensure all tasking is properly scoped, staffed, and executed, ensuring program commitments are met, and product deliveries are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements. The LPM ensures logistics programs are properly staffed, monitor work progress of personnel assigned to tasks to ensure milestones are met. LPMs plan and manage international and CONUS travel for their project team. The LPM will be a member of the Configuration Control Boards and review design changes for logistics impacts.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsibility for the cost, schedule, and performance of all program GS tasking

• Primary liaison with logistics customers and LM program management

• Overseeing the development and delivery of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and other logistics deliveries and services

• Providing direction and tasking to GS Center of Excellence (COE) functional leads and subcontractors

• Ensuring compliance with GS processes and procedures for product development and services

• Planning, monitoring, and adjusting personnel/workforce planning requirements

• Planning, development, and implementation of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and baseline execution plans

• Preparing and presenting GS status for internal and external customer briefings and formal reviews

• Review of Statements of Work (SOW) and leading the development of GS estimates

• Developing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) budgetary estimates, formal Basis of Estimates (BOE’s), and related Subcontractor Statements of Work (SOW) for new and continuing efforts

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Proposal Management

• Prior experience in labor/material cost estimation and basis of estimate development (BOE)

• Experience in a lead role with a demonstrated record of success in project execution

• Strong Familiarity with the elements of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), product support requirements, and the 12 DoD elements of logistics

• Certified Control Account Manager (CAM) or equivalent experience in Earned Value Management

• Familiar with program/project operations including Earned Value Management, schedule management, financial management, subcontractor interface, and staffing

• Ability to gain a Department of Defense Interim Security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Experience with US Army maintenance programs

• Familiarity with Sentinel A4 or other similar air and missile defense radar systems

• Knowledge of RMS proposal tools (ie GenBOE)

• Experience in or knowledge of one or more of the following:

o ILS product development (e.g. training, technical publications, provisioning, etc.)

o ILS requirements analysis and definition

o ILS product interdependencies

o ILS related tools and technologies

o Experience with equipment repairs and depot operations

o Experience with obsolescence

o Experience with supply chain management

o Experience with DoD technical manuals, maintenance, and training

o Experience with IPDE, EPDM, SharePoint, PM Compass, and workforce planning tools

• Strong coordination skills

• Previous experience leading or participating as a key member of an Integrated Product Team (IPT) or another cross-functional team

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
