The candidate will support the Sikorsky Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) VP, SAC BD Ops Planner lead and the Sikorsky Line of Business and Market Segment leads in the day to day S&BD Business Rhythm.

The candidate will assist with the management the internal infrastructure for Sikorsky S&BD so that the BD reps can manage their customer-facing time. The S&BD Business Rhythm and infrastructure includes: Executive New Business Reviews, Pipeline meetings (RMS, SAC, Business Areas, and SAC Market Areas), New Business Boards, Orders Planning and tracking and the implementation and support of the BD toolset- RMS Bridge (OpportunityHub)/SharePoint/Confluence/TEAMS/OneDrive/OneNote and other sites.

Business Rhythm tasks include:

• Orders planning, tracking, reporting of actuals and outlook in SAP/Hyperion/Bridge (Opportunity Hub)

• NBF tracking requests in RMS Bridge (Opportunity Hub)

• Operating budgets tracking and reporting

• Weekly IOI support and submittal to RMS

• Win/Loss reporting

• Supporting users on RMS Bridge (Opportunity Hub) and ensuring data / attributes in RMS Bridge (Opportunity Hub) are updated an accurate – the BD lead owns the data, and the BD ops team helps them keep it maintained

• CPS-009 monthly reporting (as required)

• Various data calls from RMS SLT, SAC, SAC Market Areas, and others

• Manage/ support RMS level Pipeline reviews

• Manage/support internal SAC S&BD reviews

The candidate will partner with the Sikorsky management team to understand their priorities, concerns and context of information/data requests.

The candidate will act as the liaison between the Sikorsky Line of Business and the RMS Business Area for all Strategy & Business Development Business Rhythm needs.

The candidate will lead the BD Orders LRP Planning Cycle from the BD perspective, coordinating inputs from BD, Finance, and Program Management.

Understanding, using, and supporting the BD Leads on the BD Toolset (LM Bridge and SharePoint tools) is required and is a large part of this position.

The candidate will provide BD Ops support to the Sikorsky S&BD organization, which has various physical locations. The candidate must be able to work well in a virtual environment.

Ability to build and maintain partner relationships with the BD Team, senior staff, and peers within Sikorsky, and RMS

Candidate must have excellent proficiency in data analytics - the ability to analyze large amount of data and draw conclusions, provide top level summary and recommendations to leadership.

The candidate will perform other related duties and assignments as required.

• Excellent proficiency with MS Office Products (Office, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)

Desired Skills:

• In-depth knowledge and detailed understanding of the RMS Capturing New Business Processes. This includes the Win Plan, RMS Bridge (Opportunity Hub) / sharepoint / BOX / Confluence / TEAMS / OneDrive / OneNote and and tools (IOI tools, Meetings & Events tools, Snapshot and Dashboards).

• Prior knowledge and experience of the S&BD Ops tools to identify, map and upload orders plan and actuals in RMS Bridge (Opportunity Hub) from SAP/Hyperion datasets

• Candidate will have knowledge and understanding of the Sikorsky portfolio of program, products, and technologies

• Ability to manage multiple competing demands and requirements in a constantly changing environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $85,900 - $164,600 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $98,800 - $186,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
