Overview

This position reports to the Director, Engineering, Reliability, & Plant Protection Services. The Asset Integrity Manager will be responsible for oversight of inspection and recommendation plans, annual budgeting, and driving compliance for the TXO Asset Integrity Programs. The Asset Integrity Manager will provide Site and Corporate management level status updates on Asset Integrity Program Compliance. The individual will oversee the life cycle planning process for critical assets including the inspection / repair / replacement plans for all assets covered under the asset integrity program in collaboration with discipline engineering teams, Operations, and Maintenance stakeholders. AI Program assets are defined as Civil/Structural, Electrical/HVAC, Fire Protection, Piping, Relief Devices, Rotating Equipment, Safety Interlocks, and Vessels/Tanks.

Responsibilities

These duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop a management system to review upcoming inspections and recommendations in collaboration with Operations and Execution forces to ensure completion by due dates.

  • Ensure AI work is appropriately budgeted, prioritized, and scheduled in routine and turnaround M&R processes.

  • Identify, communicate, and resolve any barriers preventing completion of inspections and recommendations. Communicate to Dept Management/Site Leadership Team for required support.

  • Provide monthly Asset Integrity updates and plans to the Site Leadership team and Process Safety Governance Council.

  • Pull AI data and report for corporate roll up metrics quarterly.

  • Review extension requests to validate if extension vs execution is the best path forward.

  • Work with AI teams to facilitate continual improvement of our AI work processes.

  • Develop capital replacement plans for any assets where required. Serve as TXO representative for AI capital review committee.

  • Work with SMEs to identify and champion when new technologies or inspection methodologies are required and assemble team to address.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Preferred Skills/Qualities

Proficient in PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Working knowledge of GE-APM, SAP, and/or ProCAL is a plus.

Working Knowledge of TXO’s Asset Integrity GOPs and SOPs.

Skilled in leading effective meetings to drive action.

Influential leader capable of having difficult conversations.

Project Leadership experience showing proficiency in driving project deliverables and reporting on results
