Position Overview:
As part of the talented Navico Group Supply Chain team, you will be supporting the demand planning and the parameter setting functions for the marine and industrial business for the division. This is an exciting opportunity to work across multiple departments and brands within a thriving organization to make and drive change.

Essential Functions:
Develops demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning function, documents and retains history of planning assumptions
Reviews historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepares forecast data, develops statistical forecast models and evaluates forecast results
Partners cross-functionally with Category Management and Commercial teams to reconcile significant variances and revise assumptions in Monthly Planning Cycle Update and maintain planning parameters to drive supply chain execution
Develop and execute action plans to achieve critical balance between Inventory & Customer Service
Track performance and provide analysis of actual versus Forecast
Provides input regarding inventory strategies to the Supply Planning Organization
Performs ad hoc reporting and analysis as required
Develops metrics to monitor forecast errors at all levels of the process and ensures root-cause analysis and corrective actions are completed
Facilitates a monthly operational demand forecast planning process for multiple business units
Understands how environmental factors, market dynamics, competitors and internal programs or overrides generate the need to adjust the mathematical forecast
Performs some lead responsibilities which may include training, assigning and/or reviewing work, providing guidance and overseeing workflow of unit
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
4 - 6 years’ experience working in fast paced supply and/or demand planning/forecast analyst functions
Bachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent education and experience
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to present in front of groups of people
Ability to work with multiple business functions and find balance in conflicting priorities
Advanced analytical and statistical abilities including concepts such as standard deviation, forecast error, bias, safety stock calculations and mean average percent error (MAPE)
Knowledge and experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Strong Excel and Power BI knowledge required
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle experience preferred
Working Conditions:

Office environment. Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.

Working hours will vary to support global organization
The position may require occasional day and/or overnight domestic and international travel by auto or airplane, up to 10% of the time
The anticipated pay range for this position is $72,000 - $115,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
