*Position Description: * To professionally and efficiently answer and connect all calls to the areas requested. To assist all business/patient/staff in a professional manner with the daily operations of the communications system. To handle all “Codes” in a calm and efficient manner.
- Preferred High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior PBX experience preferred.
- Experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Must possess good voice quality and diction.
- Working knowledge of computer hardware.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required.
- Must have a high sense of urgency and be able to crisis manage.
- Bi-Lingual preferred
