Lockheed Martin Security Rep Senior /Contractor Program Security Officer in Luke Air Force Base, Arizona
Description: Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to deliver Mission First results! The successful candidate will work in the F-16 Network Training Center at Luke AFB and: develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures to compliantly support mission objectives. Successful candidate should understand Industrial Security regulations and the applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM), DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals Vols 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705, and DOD applicable guidance. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted Special Access Programs. Develop and conduct security education and training programs. Be able to investigate and respond to security incidents and violations as well as prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken. Oversee all Security related disciplines to include Special Access Programming (SAP); Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; Physical Security w/ ICD 705, Classification Management, while utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD SAP Manuals Volumes 1-4. While this is primarily a first shift, M-Fr work week; mission requirements may include some work outside normally scheduled hours on occasion to meet program requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Final transferable Secret security clearance, last Periodic Reinvestigation must be within the last 6 years.
2. Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) Access.
3. Knowledge of Advanced Programs Security requirements and Operations Security (OPSEC)
4. Knowledge of DoD 5205.07 Volumes 1-4, (formerly Joint Air Force, Army Navy Manuals [JAFANs]), ICD 705 Physical Security Specifications, and DoD National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
5. Works well independently and in group settings and substantial CPSO and/or CSSO experience.
6. Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills.
7. Ability to multi-task and remain organized;
proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products.
Desired Skills:
1. Certificates and/or experience in Personnel Security with regards to DOD 5205.07 Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals SAP/SCI Nomination Process.
2. Certificates and/or experience in regards to DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals (Volumes 2 and 3).
3. Certificates and/or experience in regards to ICD 705 Physical Security.
4. Successful completion of the CDSE SAP Mid-Level Security Management Course.
5. Have excellent communication skills to include verbal and written, as well as seasoned professional with tact and diplomacy being key.
6. Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently, as well as make significant contributions in a team environment
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
