BMO Financial Group Loan Processing Service Representative in Madison, Wisconsin
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS: This position will perform quality control related to critical post-closing loan account maintenance, perform select loan account maintenance requests (via email, mail or FAX), conduct a review of system generated reports and correct errors as necessary, process Payoff Protector Procedures (similar to gap insurance), system edit, research credit bureau disputes and handle accordingly, balance daily transactions, process monthly charge offs and perform other business process functions as defined.
Answer all phone, email and fax requests in a prompt and professional manner.
Monitor generic email box and process all requests within pre-determined service levels.
Monitor corresponding FAX and work queues.
Process insurance total loss checks and/or Payoff Protector worksheets in accordance with set guidelines.
Review prior day’s critical maintenance for accuracy and supporting documentation.
Review all system generated reports, make necessary corrections and post all related transactions.
Balance all daily transactions.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required
1 to 2 years of work experience in related field
Customer service experience
Basic PC, 10 key and keyboarding skills
Strong organizational skills
High degree of accuracy
Problem research and resolution
Ability to utilize multiple PC software applications (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
High level of professionalism
Strong communication skills
