VF Corporation Reporting Analyst in Madison, Wisconsin

As part of VF Customer Service team, the Reporting Analyst performs statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports and visualizations of trends and patterns. As the Reporting Analyst, you’ll work with business end-users to understand data and analysis needs and create and maintain statistical models for ongoing and ad hoc review and analysis of data.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Perform high level analysis of trends across all VF brands. Complete ad hoc reports and analysis of customer service performance as requested by leadership team.

  • Integrate data from multiple sources or functional areas, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and updating data as needed.

  • Provide rolling forecast of staffing needs based on business assumptions by brand, across all channels.

  • Complete systems administration duties for the ecommerce team across all channels.

  • Assist in identifying and analyzing key causes, patterns or trends based on the reports that are run daily, weekly and monthly.

  • Create, manage, and maintain SOPs across all brands.

  • Recommend new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve reporting content and completeness of information.

  • Assist in training all local users on reporting platforms.

Skills for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: One to three years of related experience preferred.

Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.

  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.

  • Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI, Cognos or BOBJ or similar software preferred.

  • Ability to utilize data from multiple and diverse sources when solving problems.

  • Ability to travel to Appleton, WI up to 8 times per year for in-person meetings.

Hiring Range :

$51,200.00 USD - $64,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
