American Family Insurance - Corporate Senior Marketing Specialist (Flex Office/Home) in Madison, Wisconsin

Based at the Dream Bank in Madison, WI, this position is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, measurement, optimization and budget of assigned marketing programs. Initiates new projects and ideas to increase marketing results/performance. This position will report to the Dreambank senior manager.

Position Compensation Range:

$76,000.00 - $125,000.00

Primary Accountabilities

  • Design, develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that drive customer market activity.

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external business partners to ensure marketing strategies and plans address customer needs and company goals.

  • Develop and execute overall brand strategy for programming, creative and content that align with our brand and marketing goals and is strongly branded in voice and tone.

  • Serve as voice of customer in product/service development, developing customer requirements, defining positioning and customer messaging to differentiate company products in the marketplace.

  • Use expert knowledge of customer needs, marketplace research, and competitive intelligence to bring innovative offerings to the market.

  • Lead the development and execution of compelling, on-brand, on-time and on-budget consumer-facing campaigns and programs including relationship management of high-profile projects and stakeholders.

  • Partner with internal business partners to track effectiveness of campaign and programs.

  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure the integration of the company brand across the organization.

  • Lead the strategy and execution of creating exceptional brand experiences that result in measurable impact.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing and writing creative advertising or marketing campaign briefs.

  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Demonstrated experience in creative, copy and content strategy development.

  • Demonstrated experience managing high-profile, deadline driven stakeholders and projects.

  • Demonstrated experience leading social media campaigns and strategy.

  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office.

  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of brand strategy, marketing and advertising concepts, strategies and techniques.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from one of the following office locations: Madison, WI 53783.
