Job Description:
Summary:
Function as “Clinical Specialist” in the Medical solutions division of the Health Care group. The position is based out of Chennai/Hyderabad and will be responsible for the southern region of India.
Work week will consist of 40 or more hours. Travel is required to the customer sites in Mumbai/Hyderabad and to other regions as per requirement. Outstation travel of 10-12 working days is expected.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales team training on new products and on need.
Support sales team on technical issues.
Support marketing on NPI (New Product Introductions)
Support marketing in developing technical brochures.
Coordinating with lab team for NPI and assessing market needs.
Customer training's and in-service programs.
KOL (Key Opinion Leader) development, engagement and management.
Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) for NPI.
Develop technical modules depending on requirement.
Conducting forums launched and owned by 3M.
Speaker in regional /national conferences.
