Supply Chain Planning is responsible for ensuring the right quantity of products arrive in the right place, at the right time and cost. This job family is accountable for the design and execution of demand planning, supply planning, deployment planning, inventory planning, collaborative planning, expediting, purchasing and the design and implementation of the supply chain network. Supply Chain Planning utilized supplier contracts and manufacturing parameters to exceed customer service level commitments while optimizing supply chain costs and inventory. Supply Chain Planning leverages technology to achieve best in class processes to position supply chain as a competitive advantage.
Job Summary
As the Manager, Sales & Operations Planning and Execution (S&OP/E ) you will have a transformative opportunity to build and shape a high-performing organization comprised of S&OP/E and supply chain process subject matter experts. This role reports to the Director, Supply Chain Center of Excellence and you will own the Sales & Operations Planning and Execution processes by working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. The Manager, S&OP/E role is critical to achieve the Global Medical Products & Distribution (GMPD) segment’s strategy.
Responsibilities
Manage, coach, and mentor a team and actively develop your team to achieve performance goals and individual development plans.
Develop and implement a robust S&OP and S&OE strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
Establish the segment-wide S&OP calendar and lead the S&OP cycle, including facilitating Executive S&OP/E forums.
Standardize, establish, and govern the S&OP, demand, and supply planning processes across all finished good businesses in Global Medical Products & Distribution (GMPD).
Develop, monitor and analyze key metrics measuring the performance of the S&OP process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to enhance S&OP/E maturity.
Effectively partner with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to continuously implement best practices.
Train and mentor teams in planning methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and innovation to drive a mindset of excellence and agility across the planning teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
5+ years related experience in supply chain with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results.
Experience in implementing and governing S&OP/E processes highly preferred.
Experienced in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams preferred.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization highly preferred.
Strong business acumen, customer-centric mindset, and a deep understanding of market dynamics preferred.
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to facilitate win-win outcomes preferred.
Excellent project management skills, with a focus on execution, delivering on commitments, and managing stakeholders preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $86,400 - $129,570
