Description: As Director of the India C-130J Air Mobility Campaign, this position will be responsible for leading our India C-130J Capture team in the closure of India's new business to include but not limited to the Medium Transport Aircraft (MTA) opportunity. New business development in India will be highly competitive. This position will require engagements at the most senior levels within the Indian Airforce and Government, as well as, Indian industry and members of the USG and DoD.

India Campaign Specifics

- Aircraft plus sustainment

- Significant In-country content

- Strategic relationships/partnerships with India companies

- This role will have extensive travel to India

Basic Qualifications:

- Established track record of large and complex aircraft captures

- Ability to energize, multi-disciplinary team to achieve timely results

- Ability to build trust and confidence with customer at all levels – military and govt

- Ability to establish deep relationships with industry and negotiate win-win partnerships

- Experience gaining and growing USG advocacy

- Experience developing and resourcing International capture strategies

Desired Skills:

- AMMM/ C-130 Experience

- Bachelors Degree

- Previous India experience to include: customer/govt relationships, understanding Indian industrial landscape, business culture, and new business capture and strategy experience preferred.

- Ability to build trust and confidence with Indian customer at all levels – military and govt

- Ability to establish deep relationships with India industry and negotiate win-win partnerships

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
