Lockheed Martin Electrical Engineer - Early Career in Marietta, Georgia

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Electronics Engineer. In this role, you will develop

requirements for suppliers to design complex

software intensive Avionics subsystems for the

C-5M Galaxy and/or C-130J Hercules aircraft

platforms. You will manage the development of

these subsystems as well as test and integrate

them into aircraft's avionics system. The

successful candidate will have experience and/or

knowledge of performing circuit design, analysis

and troubleshooting.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a

government security clearance. This position is

located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredit college in

Electrical Engineering

Experience using an Digital Voltage Multimeter,

O-Scope and/or analyzer to trouble shoot or

characterize an electrical circuit.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills for the purposes of generating specifications & test reports, and delivering presentations.

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a

government security clearance. This position is

located at a facility that requires special access.

Desired Skills:

Experience in developing test procedures, testing

and integrating Avionics is a Laboratory setting

Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Word,

Excel, Power Point

Working knowledge of Mil-Std-1553B, Ethernet,

and/or ARINC 429 interfaces

Experience using MATLAB/Simulink and/or

PSPICE

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
