Lockheed Martin Facility Operations Analyst Sr - Level 3 in Marietta, Georgia

As a facility operations analyst level 3, you will perform tasks necessary for the modernization, operation and maintenance of critical control systems and plant infrastructure.

The primary role of this position will be to plan, coordinate, and oversee project related installations of facility fire and emergency notification systems (ENS), including all hardware, software, and system support.

This Subject Matter Expert (SME) position will monitor and oversee new equipment installations, replacement of existing panels, equipment, and components. The role is also critical for the management and support of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, sheet-metal, carpentry, boiler operations, industrial waste operations, and the building automation system in Plant Engineering. The operations analyst will also support the repair, replacement, preventative, and predictive maintenance of Plant Engineering assets and systems. The tasks involve planning and assisting the Plant Engineering craftsmen and supervisors, oversight and inspection of projects and contractors, and to support the A4 strategies and initiatives of Plant Engineering.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience working with Operations Management including fire and emergency notification systems and building management systems.

• Experience working with maintenance and construction management.

• Experience working with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS or Maximo).

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Honeywell, Mircom or Siemens fire alarm and emergency notification systems.

• Experience working with software programming upgrades.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
