Join Lockheed Martin as a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Planner Supervisor, where you will play a key leadership role within the Rapid Change Organization (RCO) supporting AMMM, F-22, F-35, F-16, ADP, and sustainment programs. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring seamless material flow, inventory management, and production support, directly contributing to operational efficiency and program success.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Leading & Building Culture : Providing leadership and oversight to hourly personnel, fostering a high-performance work environment.

Material & Parts Flow Management : Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to material and parts movement, ensuring optimal efficiency.

Production Support : Overseeing material requirements for production SWBSs, ensuring a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production schedules.

Inventory & Compliance Oversight : Supporting inventory management, control, and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Warehouse Quality Control : Ensuring accuracy and compliance in warehouse operations to support seamless material movement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partnering with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to drive efficiency and address operational challenges.

Basic Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing or operations setting.

• Understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material flow.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing, production control, material planning, or supply chain.

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders, including leadership and production teams.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
