Lockheed Martin Quality Analyst Sr. (Level 3) in Marietta, Georgia
Description: This position will work in Quality Control supporting the F-35 Center Wing program in Marietta, GA.
• This position is responsible for ensuring QA policies, procedures, and practices are followed and executed correctly.
• Facilitate customer presentations for Government Source Inspections (GSI) and or Safety of Flight for F-35.
• Conduct surveillance audits for compliance to the F-35 Quality Management System.
• Responsible for developing and coordinating defect containment actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering on the root cause of defects and development of robust corrective actions.
• Provide mentorship and on-the-job training related to quality control methods, techniques, and tools to the inspectors and/or quality control workforce.
• As required, the scope of work may span across shifts.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
• 3-5 years (or more) of Aircraft manufacturing experience
• Self-starter with knowledge and understanding of quality processes and disciplines
• Surveillance or auditing experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with DCMA Customer Integration or communication
• Technical experience with engineering specifications, drawings, and data analytics
Desired Skills:
• Experience working as a self-starter and a team lead with experience in gathering and analyzing data to solve technical/process problems and, to affect process flow to obtain desired goal.
• Experience with Inspection interface and or technical support
• Experience utilizing precision measuring tools and inspection equipment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment
• Familiarity with Customer Presentations (DCMA) and or Safety of Flight inspections on the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter or similar military fighter aircraft
• Working knowledge of PDM, QADS, VAS, DIMS, and SFM systems

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
