Fiserv Routing Operations Analyst in Marietta, Georgia

Position Description

What does a great Routing Operations Analyst do?

You will work as a member of the Smart Routing team, evaluating, managing and executing Debit Network Routing changes as requested and defined by Fiserv’s clients, internal and external partners. You'll manage and maintain daily operations of Debit Smart Routing through the Debit Routing Decision (DRD) User Interface application, which includes directing debit traffic through default and/or custom routing orders.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Support Smart Routing (SR) and Advanced Smart Routing (ASR) for Bank of America, NA activity.

  • Support Priority Network Routing (PNR) ensuring fee changes maximizes revenue and routing objectives.

  • Act as a program manager for Smart Routing tool improvements and changes.

  • Function as the Administrator of the User Interface tool, which includes maintaining integrity of the Smart Routing tool, maintaining orders and monitoring benchmark activities.

Basic qualifications for consideration:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 3 years professional experience focused on client and technical support, research and problem solving

  • 3 years experience in business analysis, testing, or implementations

  • Previous experience payment processing
