Lockheed Martin Supplier Quality Engineer - Integrator (Level 2) in Marietta, Georgia
Description: We are Lockheed Martin
This position is part of the LM Aero Supplier Quality
Management (SQM) team, and reports to ADP Supplier
Quality Integration Manager.
Supplier Quality Engineer at Palmdale will facilitate and support Production Operations for advanced development programs (ADP).
• Applies quality principles in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation, program performance, reliability, inventory control, and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality for buy products.
• Performs technical evaluations including product requirements, specifications, models/designs, drawings and procedures.
• Collaborates with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and customers on supplier quality related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.
• Engages in product failure investigations, material review board decisions and corrective/preventive action.
• Ensures corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and/or are compliant with requirements.
• Develops strategies and systems designed to improve internal and/or supplier performance and productivity.
• Evaluates quality systems for deficiency identification and correction.
• Engages in supplier selection process and maintain certification programs.
• Must be a US Citizen. This position supports a facility that requires special access.
• Must be ability to obtain a security clearance.

This position can be based out of Palmdale, CA or Marietta, GA.
Basic Qualifications:
• One-three (1-3) years of Professional experience
and background in Quality Assurance or Project Management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.
• Experience with applying Quality concepts and tools.
Desired Skills:
• Experience work in ISO 9001 or AS9100 certified Quality Management System.
• Experience with data analytics and/or visualization tools and solving business problems using data sets
• Understands the data lifecycle and can interpret and communicate data
• Root Cause and Corrective Action
• Advanced Product Quality Planning
• First Article Inspection
• Experience with development programs

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $70,500 - $132,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
