What You Will Be Doing
As the Supply Financial Operations Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing financial planning, execution, and reporting for Supply Operations across multiple programs within the AMMM (Air Mobility & Maritime Missions) and IFG (Integrated Fighter Group) business lines. You will lead a team responsible for managing financials, process improvements, proposal support, budget execution, audit compliance, and staffing profiles related to Supply Operations. This role serves as a primary liaison between Supply Operations and key stakeholders, ensuring financial integrity, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AMMM Financials and IFG Mods Supply team in financial management, process optimization, and strategic planning.
- Act as the primary interface for financial matters, collaborating with Program Managers, Business Managers, Proposal Leads, and Supply teams.
- Oversee labor and material financials for Supply-related contracts across multiple programs.
- Provide expertise in Earned Value Management (EVMS), supply chain operations, kit management, contracting, and item management.
- Manage a team of Control Account Managers supporting modifications, repair & return, spares, and Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) contracts.
- Drive proposal support efforts, ensuring accurate financial data and strategic pricing.
- Develop and refine financial reports, tracking tools, and operational dashboards to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure budget execution remains on target while maintaining compliance with audit and contractual requirements.
- Support customer engagement and business development by strengthening existing supply contracts and identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Lead initiatives to improve cost management, schedule performance, and technical execution within the Supply organization.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree OR 5 years experience in absence of Degree
• Previous Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) experience; experience gained through previously being a CAM, Cost Integrator/Schedule Integrator, OBS Manager, or other EVMS experience from another role (i.e. proposal authoring, contracting, program management, etc.)
• Experience in leading teams informally or project leadership
Desired Skills:
• SAP Experience
• APTS or other LM Corporate Proposal tools(Aeronautics Proposal Tool Suite)
• Basis of Estimate, Proposal, or Contracting Authoring Experience
• PM Compass or COBRA Experience (or other EVMS Suites)
• Empower
• Experience with Labor profiles, Material cost or requirement management
• Financial, Item Management, Kit Management, Supply Chain Management Experience
• Experience of any type on Modification, Repair, Spares, or PBL contracts/programs.
• Experience with presenting to the customer, internal leadership or program management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
