The candidate will become a Battle Space Environment (BSE) Systems Architect. Considered a technical SME. Responsible for developing overall systems design for BSE product being developed. Also, responsible for ensuring Engineers are developing their BSE products according to the System Design. This candidate should have considerable experience in the area of fighter aircraft simulation. This candidate should have considerable experience in the area of fighter aircraft simulation.

You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline.

- The candidate will have experience developing software architecture.

Desired Skills:

- The candidate should have large scale complex software development experience.

- The candidate will have knowledge of F-35 and/or F-22 aircraft weapons systems.

- The candidate must have sensor modeling experience.

- The candidate has experience developing Theater type simulation environment.

- The candidate has experience working with Intel Agencies developing threat and friendly entities.

- The candidate will have fighter aircraft simulation experience.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
