DuPont Electronics and Industrial Leveraged Analytical Sciences (E&I LAS) Group at Marlborough, MA is seeking a talented Analytical Scientist to provide analytical solutions to global E&I. The candidate successful candidate will be expected to work as part of cross-functional teams in support of E&I R&D, Engineering Sciences, Manufacturing, and Quality. This exciting position will be responsible for providing reliable and advanced analytical solutions using analytical techniques for E&I business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Provide analytical solutions to support electronic material development.

Method development and verification for new materials/products

Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality) on technical projects.

Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documents including analytical test procedures, method development reports, and technical findings.

Incorporate and analyze analytical data from a variety of sources to creatively solve complex technical problems.

Communicate results effectively to stakeholders and other interested parties.

Work closely with global technical experts and leverage technical expertise/specialty.

Train and coach other associates and scientists to facilitate knowledge exchange.

Fulfill all requirements of group, site, and company safety, ethics, and quality programs.

Qualifications:

BS with 10+ years of industry experience, or MS in Analytical Chemistry with +5 years of industry experience, or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Polymer Sciences, or related fields

In-depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with a variety of small molecule, polymer, and formulation characterization techniques (e.g., LC, GC, GPC, GPEC, IC, or ICPMS)
