What you’ll do
The Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) organization embodies the hub of lifecycle engineering at TJX, delivering, maintaining, and optimizing our technology portfolio at cloud scale. We are a service-oriented team aimed at providing extraordinary experiences to thousands of TJX associates, business partners, and application delivery teams across the portfolio.
As a Tech Ops Analyst II, you will partner with Product teams to successfully prepare Support teams for go live. Responsible for ensuring key Service Design & transition activities have been completed, including but not limited to:
- Ensure clear Service Design and support model
Ensure Knowledge Transfer and Knowledge articles are created and catalogued
Collect & update non-discoverable attributes for CMDB
Identify any new Service or Access request items
Maintain Service Design & Transition global epic tracker
Partner with Governance & DR for contractual or DR impact
Attend Change Advisory Board to approve or decline changes for Product Lines Covered
Present weekly on Epics being transitioned for Product Lines Covered
Obtain support acceptance
This is an exciting collaborative position, working with global I&O support teams, Security & Product teams. In this role you will have an impact on continuous improvement and challenge the status quo to help mature the SD&T process
What you’ll need
We seek creative, customer-focused individuals with technical expertise and a mindset for continuous improvement. We rethink how software and infrastructure are delivered at cloud scale, and work closely with other teams to improve key services.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skillset / training / experience
1-3 years IT Ops experience
Expose to ITIL framework
Excellent Organizational & Prioritization skills
Knowledge of SAFe
Service Now exposure
Power BI exposure
