DESCRIPTION: The Customer Engineer Intern for Education will work primarily with our customer base - schools and is responsible for working closely with clients and cross functional support teams to manage and maintain the technology used by these customers. This position will last approximately 12 weeks and will involve using both technology and business skills in support of our client's environment. The position requires basic network administration and troubleshooting skills, workstation knowledge, and basic management of both Microsoft Windows, Apple OSX, Google Chrome operating systems, attention to detail, business intuition, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to professionally conduct oneself to all levels of the corporate structure.

This position is remote and will be staffing a service desk

*Interns will be provided with required hardware to access Microsoft Office Suite, service desk software, and intern must have a reliable internet connection. *

Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES: Network troubleshooting including but not limited to basic networking protocols such as: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless networks. Windows 10 workstation troubleshooting. Google Chrome OS configuration, and troubleshooting. Basic working knowledge of Apple OSX and iOS.

Adhere to service desk process and procedures

Accountable for opening, troubleshooting, and ensure technical issues are worked on till resolution.


Must possess a customer first attitude and patience with a goal of remote technical support resolution. Must possess the ability to stay organized and work efficiently. Enthusiasm about working in a fast-paced and ever evolving environment. Enjoy working in a client facing environment and eager to engage in new client relationships. Service oriented attitude -- "will do what it takes to get the job done right." A spirit of perpetual learning and independent self-starter.

Must possess great time management skills. A passion for sharing information in a team environment and with clients.

Staggered shifts -- between 7:30AM -- 6PM EST
