Job Description

The Area i Leader serves as site single point of contact and site feature-owner to keep Area i operational and to support the PLCM (Product Life Cycle Management) of global standards of diaper converting lines. This role includes not only the equipment itself, but also the functionality of the hosted virtualized systems ( ex cluding the systems’ data content).

Examples of specific responsibilities include: execute and manage programming terminal backups; support troubleshooting; share improvement ideas; act as start-up leader for related projects; support initiative rollout teams; manage hardware replacement; own, maintain, and improve various digital systems.

Applicant must be able to analyze data, communicate findings, develop a plan and execute against the plan - and deliver desired results

Demonstrated ability to interface well with their peers, all levels of leadership, and professionally represent P&G. Must work effectively across organizational boundaries

Demonstrated ability to communicate well

Applicant must be willing to travel when required

Applicant must be willing to work flexible hours

B.S. degree in Engineering

2+ years experience w. IT/OT or PC&IS or similar ( Must have a basic understanding of IT/OT and Virtual Machines) desired
