Job Description

Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in office 2-3 days a week at one of the following office locations: St, Petersburg, FL (primary) Denver, CO; Memphis, TN; or Southfield, MI, however we will be considering remote as an option.

Job Summary:

The Raymond James Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is seeking a talented CyberArk Lead Architect to join our dynamic and growing PAM team. This architect will collaborate with the IAM Engineering & Architecture team within our global organization based out of St. Petersburg, Florida. This role is ideal for an experienced PAM architect looking to lead and develop a rapidly maturing program.

Responsibilities:

  • Works primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and must possess deep background and experience in this domain.

  • Operates efficiently within all major CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.

  • Collaborates with other architects to design and implement privileged access services.

  • Demonstrates experience with documenting process, templates, and instructions around the use of CyberArk modules.

  • Designs operational ticket workflows to provide a medium for stakeholders to consume PAM services.

  • Demonstrates experience with metrics and reporting around PAM usage and requests.

  • Designs Continuous Control Monitoring as necessary for PAM operational excellence and to ensure security best practices are met.

  • Provides technical leadership/guidance to other engineers to ensure operational excellence is consistently provided for IAM services.

  • Participates in software system testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation.

  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of how authentications services integrate with broader security services.

  • Produces architectural documentation based on refined business requirements.

  • Obtains and evaluates information on factors such as reporting formats required and security needs to determine software and hardware configuration.

  • Incumbents may be required to work a non-traditional schedule including On-Call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.

Skills/Previous Experience:

  • More than seven (7) years of relevant CyberArk / Privileged Access Management (PAM) or relative experience is highly preferred.

  • CyberArk Guardian

  • Works primarily within Privileged Access Management (PAM) and must possess deep background and experience in this domain.

  • Extensive experience with standard CyberArk modules, including EPV, PSM, CPM, etc.

  • Knowledge on security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.

  • Experience with CyberArk privileged cloud.

  • Experience with CyberArk Secrets Management / Conjur.

  • Experience with Splunk (preferred).

  • Experience with ServiceNow (preferred).

  • Windows and Linux Server and Windows Workstation Operating Systems.

  • Scripting/programming experience with one or more of the following: PowerShell, Python, or Java.

  • Experience with Financial Services (preferred).

Education

Bachelor’s: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor’s: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
