Hilton Senior Analyst, Supplier Master Compliance in Memphis, Tennessee

***This role is based at one of our corporate offices in Memphis, TN, or Glasgow, UK**

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner managing all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Sr Analyst Supplier Master Compliance on the Process to Pay team reporting to Director, PTP you will focus on supplier master data integrity, supplier cleanse, reporting, and metrics.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Develop and maintain performance Dashboard Reporting using Excel, Power BI or Tableau
  • Review Coupa, Service Now and PeopleSoft systems for compliance and provide data load extracts for reporting purposes.
  • Build, track and maintain an improvement plan that addresses newly emerging Data Quality Standard noncompliance, cleanses prior records of noncompliance and addresses duplicate records.
  • Review compliance to Data Quality Standards from these system integrations daily

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Metric reporting validation of our Shared Service Center, Business Process Operations reporting validation.
  • Develop and Maintain Performance Dashboards that report compliance with Data Quality Standards and Cleanse progress against our project plan.
  • Provide supplier spend reporting to business teams including Hilton Supplier Management

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Develop processes for ongoing supplier master database maintenance and reporting.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three to five (3-5) years of work experience in Accounts Payable, Receivable, high-volume transaction processing operation, supplier, customer master data specialism
  • You have experience working with Microsoft products, including Power BI, and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets and formulas)
  • Travel less than 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Accounts Payable / Accounting Certification
  • Tableau Reporting Experience
  • PeopleSoft, Coupa Experience
  • Project Management Certification
