Please Note this position supports our 2 nd Shift. You will be paid a 10% Pay Premium while working the 2 nd Shift.

Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.

2nd Shift operator will perform a variety of fabrication and processing operations in order to build and finish composite and plastic reinforced parts. Applies knowledge of working characteristics of bonding techniques, using precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipment. Performs composite layup and mechanical assembly operations to military specification by utilizing process sheets, drawings and written or verbal instructions.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Typically a High School Diploma or GED and 1 year work experience or equivalent experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $45320 - $72490

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
