This position will report directly to one of the MER Plant Engineering Supervisors and will have a variety of Facility maintenance responsibilities including but not limited to; carpentry, patching, painting, doors, locks, flooring, furniture and equipment delivery, outdoor grounds maintenance, and exterior building maintenance. The selected candidate will work based out of our Merrimack, NH campus, supporting that site and it's supporting satellite facilities.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Requires a High School or Trade School diploma or its equivalent and at least 5 years of general maintenance or construction trade experience.
Valid NH Drivers License
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Candidate should have experience and be knowledgeable in some or all of the following:
Sheetrock installs and repairs
Doors and locks
Suspended ceiling installs and repairs
Light moving and rigging
Carpet and vinyl flooring
General computer skills
General grounds maintenance
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required
Strong communication skills, be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
Candidate would be required to be part of our on-call response rotation
Full-Time Salary Range: $54560 - $87340

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
