Position Overview :
This position will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries and resolving complex HR system issues related to benefits, payroll, and compensation across the Brunswick's global organizations. . This includes data corrections and data uploads within Workday as well as working on special projects representing the HR Shared Services function. Additional duties include documenting workflow/new procedures and reviewing various HR transactions for accuracy.

Essential Functions:
Responsible for responding to various inquiries via phone and email in a timely and effective manner.
Process, review and approve transactional HR tasks.
Conduct audits to ensure data integrity of employee information.
Provides ongoing assistance to HR through the organization.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience through self-service technology in Workday.
Escalate issues to supervisor in a timely manner, when appropriate.
Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
2-year college degree (Business Studies preferred) or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of Human Resources
Strong PC, analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work well within a team.
Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and good judgment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to be flexible as responsibilities are aligned within the work team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of systems that support HR data; in order to effectively use the capabilities of the systems, and to understand the impact that data entry has on how the data is managed by those systems.
Experience with Workday
Bi-lingual (Spanish)
Working Conditions:
- Hybrid, 3 days in office

The anticipated pay range for this position is $49,700 - $78,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
