This position can be based out of Jacksonville, FL, Miami, FL, Tampa, FL, or New Brunswick, NJ.

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in partnering with the Surgical Vision Commercial Leaders across Regions and Vision Senior leadership to help shape key business decision and strategic analyses, while engaging and influencing Finance partners around the globe. This includes financial budget leadership, Cash Flow analysis, Gross Profit Analysis, and other strategic projects in collaboration with Supply Chain, Commercial, and Global Vision FP&A. Strong communication and business partnership skills are essential for success in this role. High visibility role with opportunities to present and interact with senior management
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with Supply Chain on Gross Profit analysis to understand potential risks/opportunities, key profitability levers, and trend analysis
Consolidate and present analysis for Global Surgical Balance sheet, Cash Flow, and Headcount
Coordinate planning and BVA for the Admin areas
Co-ordinate the quarter close and explanation of variances for areas of responsibilities
Leverage key systems (SAP, BW, Tableau, Bravo, and TM1) to facilitate the creation of more robust analytics and forecasting tools, which ultimately drive valuable insights as well as more efficient global planning & reporting processes
Prepare and present financial analyses for sales trends, dashboards, NPI reporting
Liaison between MD&D Enterprise team, Global Vision FP&A, and Regional Finance, for areas of responsibilities
Opportunity to support cross-functional projects
Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably with a major in Finance or Accounting. An MBA, CMA or CPA is preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial accounting
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.e.: VLOOKUP functions, formulas, pivot tables)
Strong communication, framing presentation skills, and experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of the organization preferred
Highly motivated with strong forward thinking analytical skills along with solid interpersonal and influencing skills.
The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at a time is required
Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements
This position can be based out of Jacksonville, FL, Miami, FL, Tampa, FL, or New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% of travel.
Preferred:
Customer facing experience and presenting to senior leadership
Ability to clearly articulate sophisticated financial information in an easy-to-follow manner
SAP and TM1 knowledge
The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
