Job Purpose and Impact

The Field Product Specialist- West will play a critical role in driving business success by providing comprehensive product support to meet key business goals. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of sales initiatives and strategies within the region ensuring alignment with overall sales goals and enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team.

This role is open to candidates in the Western US

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team to drive sales and profitability of product lines.

  • Develop and deliver training programs, product presentations and product detail to sales staff on key product lines, ensuring thorough understanding and effective selling techniques.

  • Foster strong collaboration between internal stakeholders, sales, marketing, distribution and product development teams to ensure a unified approach to product promotion and customer engagement.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, product performance, and training effectiveness to identify trends and areas for improvement within key product lines.

  • Facilitate effective internal communications within regional teams and across the teams to ensure continuity, consistency and alignment with sales strategies in all markets.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

  • Ability to travel up to 60% as needed for the role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Multiple years' experience working as a technical advisor or sales consultant.
