BAE Systems Inventory Management Senior Analyst in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Job Description

This individual will support the Prototype Networks' Materials Supply Organization with the following activities:
Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on needed actions. Develops and coordinates safety measures and training programs.
Plans, schedules, and routes inbound and outbound domestic and international shipments of freight, using knowledge of postal regulations, tariffs, and company policy.
Schedules with carriers, reconciles freight bills, prepares and negotiates claims, and selects or recommends carriers to ensure efficient, timely, and least expensive movement of goods and material. Conducts research on transportation methods, rates, and routes
Ultimately supporting the Prototype Networks' abilities to have the right parts processed and issued at the right time to and from our locations when available.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
4-Year degree 4 Years Inventory and Warehouse material experience; Combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
10 Years Inventory and Warehouse material experience
6 Years of experience with Oracle ERP Planning and Materials roles experience (misc transact, WIP return, pick/issue, supply/demand, add/remove demand, material transaction, any receiving roles/tasks).
Oracle Scanning Transaction System experience\
Forklift/Crane Certification
CDL/Chauffeurs License
Packaging Supplies
Experience in Inventory Control and Shipping & Receiving
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience using software tools like:
ORACLE ERP
Windchill / EPDM
Microsoft office products
APICS Certification: CPIM
DOT & HAZMAT material handling & shipping certifications
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $76450 - $130020
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
