Thrivent Financial Marketing Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota
Individual contributor role that is responsible for providing basic marketing support to advisors on our existing marketing tools and programs. These associates work to find and offer solutions to the fields marketing needs. They also help provide feedback to our internal marketing teams around marketing capabilities the field is asking and looking for, for future development.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to all incoming marketing calls and emails (from financial advisors, office staff, and engagement leaders) in prompt, efficient manner (average 300-400 per week).
Provide guidance, education and consultation to advisors regarding the use of current marketing materials and systems, including direct mail, advertising, on demand marketing tools, and many other marketing tools and programs.
Offers basic feedback to internal marketing teams on tools and programs, based on what advisors are utilizing and asking for.
Partners with marketing and brand colleagues to communicate new and upcoming marketing campaigns that have local impact in advisor practices.
Cohesively partner with Sr. Advisor Marketing Specialists (SMS) and corresponding field leaders to offer collective marketing support and strategy needs for the field.
Required Job Qualifications
Entry level marketing support role, requiring 0-3 years' experience in marketing or like field.
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with basic technology (Word, Outlook, etc.)
Other Critical Factors
Ability to multi-task; manage several projects simultaneously.
Great listening and problem solving skills.

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $16.77 - $22.68 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.
