Job Description:

Cerner’s Executive Development Program (EDP) seeks top MBA graduates for a experience-based program designed to grow highly effective leaders who can assume broad leadership roles across our rapidly-growing organization.

Through experiences in key business areas, stretch projects, coaching and structured learning opportunities, participants gain exposure to Cerner's $5.1 billion business, internal operations and top leaders. Experiences and training in the EDP are based on business need as well as individual strengths, previous experience and career goals. Successful graduates are expected to fill executive-level positions upon completion of the program.

EDP participants will be asked to continually stretch their capabilities as they drive high-profile projects. Candidates must be comfortable with an entrepreneurial corporate culture, C-suite visibility and a fast paced, highly-networked environment.
