Lockheed Martin Australia Region Program Operations Support (HYBRID TELEWORK) in Moorestown, New Jersey

Description: We are committed to work life balance by promoting this HYBRID TELEWORK opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

WHAT WE'RE DOING

This role will provide Engineering Planning support as a member of the International Program Management teams for the execution of the Lifetime Support FMS contracts for International Programs. Responsible for the coordination of internal program stakeholders for business management and program reporting, including preparations for Tier 3 reporting, Program Integration Team (PIT) reviews, manpower planning, control account management, and task planning sheet (TPS) development and management. Collaborates with the PM team for customer reviews and presentations, data calls, and program performance reporting. Collaborate with the PM teams for customer reviews and presentations/minutes, CDRL and GFE management, program performance reporting, proposal development and other cost estimating activities.

THE WORK

• Candidate will work with the program managers and program teams, assisting in day-to-day program execution.

• Assist in the developing and executing program baselines and coordinating with program leadership, engineering, business management, production operations and supply chain management to ensure on time delivery to contractual dates.

• Assist in the development of manpower and budget plans, cost and schedule reporting and variance analysis, and CAM, reporting, and coordination.

• Monitor CA hours / funding / rate performance in conjunction with contract TIs and projections for future contract and TI modifications.

• Support monthly business rhythm reviews, both internal and external.

• Provide support of coordination of visit requests, travel requests and security clearances.

Basic Qualifications:

- Familiarity with the required coordination with Finance/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Planner

- Experience supporting variance reporting, program status updates and CDRL deliverables

- Demonstrated knowledge in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and manpower planning

- Experience with GRID, Earned Value Management and/or a certified Control Account Manager (CAM)

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience as a member of a Program Management team and understanding of the monthly program management business rhythm and metrics reporting

- Familiarity of export control requirements

- Possesses an understanding of the Risk and Opportunity process

- Experience with data analysis, budget planning, and manpower planning

- Possesses highly effective writing skills, strong analytic capability, experience in the creation and use of spreadsheet tools, and the ability to develop quality PowerPoint presentations from program data

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
