Lockheed Martin Australia Surface Combatant PM Sr (HYBRID TELEWORK) in Moorestown, New Jersey

Description: We are committed to work life balance by promoting this HYBRID TELEWORK opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

WHAT WE'RE DOING

This role will provide Program Management support for the planning and execution of the Australia Surface Combatant (ASC) Combat System Engineering Contract. Candidate will work with the program manager and program team, assisting in day-to-day program execution. Candidate will provide comprehensive program oversight to maintain overall program financial and schedule integrity and ensure that all program activities are implemented to support planned strategies & contract need dates.

Core responsibilities include developing and executing program baselines and coordinating with program leadership, engineering, business management, production operations and supply chain management to ensure on time delivery to contractual dates. Responsible for managing and providing cost, schedule and technical performance analysis and to the program leadership team. Initiates and manages execution of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project team, operations management, customers and government organizations. This position must coordinate across multiple functions and represents the organization in both internal and external meetings. Ability to respond to change quickly and effectively communicate those changes to the program team in a timely manner.

THE WORK

Responsible for the coordination of internal program stakeholders for business management and program reporting, including preparations for Tier 3 reporting, Program Integration Team (PIT) reviews, manpower planning, and control account management. Collaborates with the PM team for customer reviews and presentations/minutes, CDRL and GFE management, program performance reporting, proposal development and other cost estimating activities. Support Australia Programs export/import coordination with ITC, foreign suppliers, etc., licensing, and program security.

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a member of a Program Management team/PMO

• Experience with monthly program management business rhythm and required coordination with functional organizations for variance reporting, program status updates and CDRL deliverables

• Knowledgeable in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program management and technical data

• Experience in Earned Value Management and/or a certified Control Account Manager (CAM)

• Must be detail oriented, possess strong communication and leadership skills and be capable of seamlessly integrating into a cohesive team-oriented environment

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Active Secret Clearance preferred

• Familiarity of export control requirements

• Possesses an understanding of the Risk and Opportunity process

• Possesses an understanding of Aegis products and deliverables

• Experience working with and/or across different functions

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
