Lockheed Martin Help Desk Supervisor (HYBRID TELEWORK) in Moorestown, New Jersey

Description: We are committed to work life balance by promoting this HYBRID TELEWORK opportunity. These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.

We are seeking to hire a Supervisor/Lead of the Integrated Support Center (ISC) Helpdesk Team of five associates.

Responsibilities/duties will include:

-Managing ISC Service Central duties- Requesting group adds, adding and deleting people from support groups.

-Managing ISC staff vacations and outages making sure there is core hour coverage

-Monitoring ISC help desk calls, requests, incidents and escalations.

-Avaya Reports Provided to management

-Monitor baseline/program calls to meet program requirements

-Manage hardware ordering and approvals

-Maintaining employees GRID/Charge numbers

-Maintain SWI-704-2 Computer.

Basic Qualifications:

-System Engineering, Information Technology, or similar Background.

-Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level.

Desired Skills:

-Experience with Windows, Linux and Unix OS

-Use and query of ServiceNow platforms.

-Experience with Classified Media/Hardware

-Leadership support on Sites installed equipment/systems to ensure customer usage requirements on various baseline configurations and special project evolutions are met on schedule.

-Systems and Software Engineering Experience.

-Demonstrated ability through work experience, setting expectations

-Strong oral & written communication.

-Solid ability to organize.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
