Cost Accounting Team Lead responsible for directing & establishing the planning, measurement, forecasting, and analysis of contract financial performance for manufacturing activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Provide financial guidance and training to a team of Cost Accounting professionals.

- Ability to determine creative approaches and solutions to assignments/challenges.

- Prepare budget and funding allocations among contract charge numbers.

- Analyze and report earned value cost and schedule status.

- Prepare and present financial status of contracts to various levels of RMS management.

- Provide financial guidance to the responsible Program Management Office(s) (PMO), MPM, and/or financial management.

- Assist in the preparation of long range business forecasting.

- Ensure manpower projections support existing and expected business opportunities/risks.

- Support Program and Functional CEAC Reviews.

- Support and provide guidance to Program Office(s) regarding the establishment of their Operations baseline and MRP releases.

- Provide analysis of cost and schedule status to Program Managers/MPMs.

- Support Audits as required.

- Develop expert knowledge of MMAS.

- Ensure program and Operations activity is compliant to MMAS.

- Support special projects as needed.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
